Race Weekend Instructions for Relay Teams
If you are participating in the 4 Person Relay or 2 Person Relay this year, click here for final instructions. These instructions include locations of exchange zones and tips for getting your relay members to each zone on time.
March 3 Group Run at Runners Market
This Saturday’s group run will meet at Runners Market at 8 am. It’s a BIG ONE! 20 miles for marathoners, 10 miles for half marathoners. Not only will we test your physical toughness, but we will test your mental toughness with a double loop course. Here is a link to the course (one loop for 10 miles, two loops for 20).
Runners Market will offer 20-50% off of apparel and 10% off of shoes and accessories to attendees. Finally, GU Energy Labs will provide complimentary stroopwafel for us, Gingerade and Coconut flavors!
Group runs continue at luluemon athletica on Feb 24
Group runs continue this Saturday at 8 am at lululemon Knoxville! Our friends at lululemon athletica will offer a custom in-store shopping experience. Their educators will have key pieces picked out for runners, and can help them find items that are perfect for them – picture a very individualized, personal-shopper like experience. Mileage options will be 9 miles and 18 miles.

February 10 Group Run at Fleet Feet Sports Knoxville
This Saturday, February 10, our group run will meet at 8 am at Fleet Feet Sports Knoxville! Fleet Feet will offer the following specials to our group:
